Rental conditions
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

La volumétrie de la maison, ultra moderne et conçue comme un écrin au milieu de la nature. Le salon en particulier est magnifique.
Le terrain de tennis exceptionnel.
Le coin piscine séparé de la maison.
La climatisation efficace.
La cuisine bien équipée.
Cette maison me convenait parfaitement et la relation avec Villanovo s'est bien déroulée. J'ai apprécié la flexibilité des dates de location. En revanche, je trouve regrettable de ne pas pouvoir payer avec l'AMEX la location.
J'ai utilisé la conciergerie, Nina a été très disponible et flexible.
