Villa Eleva is a modern house where the interior living spaces are open to the outside so that you can enjoy the beautiful summer days. The swimming pool and the roof terrace allow you to enjoy a relaxing moment and the view of the countryside and the forest.

Room 1
Room, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace, view of countryside, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower, bidet. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 2
Room, direct access to the garden, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, direct access to the garden, view of the garden. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 5
Room, direct access to the garden, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 single bed. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.


Indoors 

The house benefits from superb communal living areas open to the garden, which allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the good weather. These include a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable sitting area with a wood burning stove and large sofas. You can also enjoy a TV lounge that is separated from the other rooms.
The decoration is composed of natural neutral tones with rustic wood accents. 

The sleeping area has 5 bedrooms decorated in cool, relaxing tones. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and pool from your bed.


Outdoors​ 

On the terrace there is a lounge and a beautiful dining room with a large wooden table and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy the warm summer evenings or share a meal in the shade.

The outdoor swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off or lie back on the sun loungers and sunbathe. To enjoy the sunshine, you can also climb up to the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy the view and sunset over the countryside and forest. 


Staff & Services

The villa offers its guests the possibility of various additional services, such as housekeeping 3 hours per day, baby equipment (cot/high chair), additional bed, chef services and bikes.
The final housekeeping and the cleaning 1h per day (Monday to Saturday) are not included in the price and are mandatory.

Location

The property is located in a quiet area, between the villages of Comporta (access to the beach of Comporta) and Carvalhal (access to the beaches of Pego and Carvalhal). In both villages there are shops, bars and restaurants.
